Livano Knoxville is proud to provide 35 apartments within the community as Workforce Housing. To qualify for this program, all applicants need to meet the standard Gallery Qualifications and not to exceed the Workforce Housing Income Limits of 80% AMI ( Area Median Income) pre the respective number of persons living in the home.
NOTE: Knox County is part of the Knoxville, TN HUD Metro FMR Area, so all information presented here applies to all of the Knoxville, TN HUD Metro FMR Area. HUD generally uses the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) area definitions in the calculation of income limit program parameters. However, to ensure that program parameters do not vary significantly due to area definition changes, HUD has used custom geographic definitions for the Knoxville, TN HUD Metro FMR Area.
The Knoxville, TN HUD Metro FMR Area contains the following areas: Anderson County, TN; Blount County, TN; Knox County, TN; Loudon County, TN; and Union County, TN.
